ABSCI announces three new appointments to its board

They are Paul Smith, sourcing manager for Littlewoods Home Shopping; Henri Bislick, international business manager of Intertek Labtest-Fastech International; and Roger Finn, managing consultant of Swift Processing.

The ASBCI board comprises 18 representatives from every area of the UK clothing supply chain including retail, clothing manufacture and garment processing through to garment aftercare and education.

Paul Smith has been an active member of the ASBCI’s conference and ball committee for some four years representing Littlewoods Home Shopping, which has been an ASBCI corporate member since 1992.

Henri Bislick has served on the marketing, conference and ball committees for over eight years. She becomes membership chairman and will be responsible for driving the association’s international membership programme.

Roger Finn has served on the association’s marketing, conference and ball committees for some ten years.

Intertek Labtest -Fastech International will be sponsoring the ASBCI annual charity ball 2004 at The Royal York Hotel in York on November 27, which this year is in aid of the Children’s Wish Foundation.
