ADC speeds manufacturing with eighth laser

This latest machines can cut steel 5ft x 10 ft and sheets up to 1in thick.

The company converted to laster cutting in 1994 and says that lasers allow immediate job changes and precise cutting with minimum waste, streamlining the manufacturing process.

Joe Bazzinotti, ADC vice president of manufacturing, said this latest machine will move the company a step closer to its lean manufacturing goals.
