Adco purchases Laidlaw's chemical division

Brent McWilliams, formerly vice president of Laidlaw, will be joining Adco as vice president of sales. Charles Van Dyne, Adco's CEO, says that Laidlaw products will be manufactured in Adco's factories and will continue to be sold and shipped through existing distributors.
