Christeyns UK has appointed Stuart Fullerton as the new general manager for Alex Reid, the Leicester-based supplier of laundry and drycleaning products.
In his new role, Fullerton will be leading the company forward as they enter a new period of regeneration and growth.
One of his first tasks has been to introduce new branding and oversee a complete company refresh. It is part of a roll-out plan that will see new livery for the company's fleet of vehicles as well as a re-design and update of the warehousing and office complex in Leicester.
Fullerton joined Alex Reid in 2015 as head of finance, working across all internal departments at the firm. He has a wealth of commercial experience having been involved in a number of business sectors and an in-depth knowledge of the distribution industry in particular.
"It is an exciting time to be at Alex Reid and I am delighted to be taking over the helm as we look forward to a new stage in its development," said Fullerton. "With the excellent, enthusiastic team we already have on board and new strategic business plans in place, we will continue to build on the strong foundations laid over many decades."
