Alliance Laundry Holdings has now completed its acquisition of the Primus Laundry Equipment Group.
Mike Schoeb, Alliance's Laundry's president and CEO said that Primus is a great strategic fit for Alliance. "We view their management team, customers and focus on durability and reliability as complementary.
"This important acquisition provides additional product breadth, significantly expands our international footprint and provides unrivalled scale in the commercial laundry industry," he added.
The Primus Group management team will continue to lead the company in serving the commercial laundry industry. Eddy Coppieters, Primus Group CEO, said that the company was pleased to join the Alliance family and that it would open up many opportunities for Primus and its distributors.
