All executive staff will now report to Schoeb in his combined role of CEO and president.
L'Esperance joined Alliance in 1996 after serving as president of Amana Home Appliances and Caloric Corporation and as a senior executive of Raytheon. He will continue to serve as a director and will maintain his office.
Schoeb became president and chief operating officer of Alliance in 2007. Before joining Alliance, he served as president and COO of Wausau Homes in Wisconsin.
