Managing director Lino Carrer leads the new team which also includes technical director Carlo Innocenti and commercial manager Alessandro Soffritti.
The team is already having an impact. Factory space is being expanded and a new showroom is being built. Mr Innocenti has rationalised production methods, leading not only to improved working practices but also to cost reductions which, as far as possible, are being passed on to distributors worldwide.
