My sister needs my support and I have to put her first she said.

Ken Cupitt and incoming Master Derek Harrison presented Anne with a crystal vase in recognition of her work for the College.

Although stepping down as Master, Anne Parris will retain her links with The Guild. She has been a member for 25 years and has held office several times including president and chairman of the council as well as Master.

" I'll never stop being in The Guild, it's in my blood" she told LCN.

The journal wishes her all the best for the future.
