Armstrong helps Romanian charity

UK/Romania: Armstrong Commercial Laundry Systems has helped Scottish-based charity Link to Romania by supplying a tumble dryer. The 20lb Huebsch LEZ dryer will be installed at the infant and maternal centre at Cluj-Napoca. The centre, which has been completely refurbished, will accommodate four abandoned babies and three mothers at risk of abandoning their babies.

Armstrong director Tom Lowes told LCN: "We are delighted to have been of assistance to this deserving charity, one of several we have helped in Romania over the years." The charity's Anne Gilmore said it was thrilled with Armstrong's response, and that one or two machines made an enormous difference to such projects
