BDT Capital Partners (BDT) has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Alliance Laundry Systems from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Teachers' is expected to retain a minority interest in Alliance following the completion of the transaction, which is expected in the third quarter of this year.
Mike Schoeb, Alliance president and CEO said that his company's management would hold a significant stake following the transaction and that he new partnership would allow Alliance accelerate its growth strategy.
