The deal has been led by Stewart Cantley who joins the business as chief executive. Previously Stewart ran Initial Textile Services and led the buy out of Laundrycraft from BET which was later sold on to the Davis Group.
Stewart Cantley says "The company with its strong brand and established customer base will provide a platform for growth in both the environmental and hygiene markets."
