Diamond Chemical’s Synergy low-temperature detergents will allow industrial and textile rental laundries save energy, reduce water/sewer costs, and save time and labour.

Synergy is biodegradable, environmentally safe and pumpable. It will allow industrial launderers to wash heavily soiled and greasy trousers and shirts at 120 deg F and heavily soiled shop towels and 120 - 140 deg F. Textile rental companies can wash heavily soiled kitchen towels, bar mops and aprons at 120 - 140 deg F.

Synergy is designed to be used with the company’s Alis (automated liquid injection system) doser (shown). This will supply up to 12 chemicals to 12 washers. It also delivers real-time on-line data.

The company is also launching the Shirt Safe range. Shirt Safe detergent can clean both white and coloured shirts at low temperatures in all water conditions, without the need to scrub collars and cuffs.

It combines highly effective surfactants, enzymes, brighteners and colour-safe bleaches. The Shirt Safe range also includes shirt sour, a buffered sour suitable for all types of shirts and Diasize an effective, easy to use, combined liquid starch and size.
