Renzacci’s Planet three-tank perc machines represent advances in technology. A compact version, known as the Club range (with capacities from 20 - 35lb) will also be on show. The Planet range has been completely redesigned and combines modern styling and colours with technological innovations designed to increase the efficiency of some of the basic stages of the machine process: drying, filtration, distillation, automated managing of the machine operation and maintenance.
The new Digiplus computerised control system is worth a particular mention. It guides the operator and also offers “internet communication on-line” as an option. The Planet range covers sizes from 13 - 268 lb, and with modular and twin versions offers the market an infinite range of models. Hydrocarbon drycleaning will also be to the fore on the stand, in particular the Hydrosoft, the advanced series of soft-mounted and high-spin machines.
These machines have been designed to increase the efficiency of solvent extraction at the centrifugal phase, making the machine even more stable and silent in operation, controlling even the smallest vibrations. It offers a wide choice with 35, 45 lb sizes, available with and without stills, plus 65 and 95 lb capacities. Renzacci will also be showing the HS high-spin washer-extractors with features such as the inclined-shaft sensor rail which makes the machine more stable and the Eco Mix system which programs water temperature to save both time and energy. The HS range will be shown in 27, 35, 50, 80 and 125 lb load capacities.
