Anton's Cleaners, a leading New England drycleaning business, is celebrating its centenary with the launch of its 19th annual "Coats for Kids" charity project on October 14.
The Coats for Kids initiative, sponsored by the drycleaning business, is the region's largest coat drive to help individuals who otherwise wouldn't be able to keep themselves and their families warm.
From 14 October this year to January 2014, collection partners, participating companies and organisations can have the coats they collect serviced by any branch of Anton's Cleaners. The business has 42 stores and operates throughout the Boston area, eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Last year's drive collected 52,000 coats and Anton's Cleaners donated over $10,000 in cleaning services.
