Kollenberg will be responsible for CRDN's midwest region, which covers 11 states.
Before joining CRDN, Kollenberg was a construction and mitigation manager for a Michigan-based specialty cleaning and restoration company where he managed a team of experts for both residential and commercial projects.
CRDN president Chip Bifano said that Kollenberg's experience would broaden the expertise in CRDN's operations department and allow the organisation to give greater support and guidance to its franchise partners.
