The franchise operation specialises in restoration laundry and drycleaning for the insurance industry and currently operates in the USA, UK and Canada.
Wiljanen joined CRDN in 2001 as vice president of franchise development with responsibility for building the organisation's national coverage in the USA. He later expanded this role and worked with franchise owners and sales professionals to develop sales management and marketing strategies.
Wiljanen's experience includes 40 years in sales and nearly 20 years in franchising. Before joining CRDN he served as president and chief operating officer of the 1-800-Dryclean franchise business.
