David Toon resigns

Toon had served on the board for three years, after joining the Group in 2000 as part of its acquisition of Semara.

Announcing the board's acceptance of his resignation, chairman Simon Sherrard thanked Toon for his contribution and wished him well for the future.

The announcement comes just a few days after the Group's trading update, and the resignation of CEO Stuart Graham.
