Proteus Solutions LLC will combine Diversey’s expertise in commercial laundering with Standard Textile’s experience in linen management, textiles and electro-chemically activated water.
The company will make its debut at the Clean Show 6 – 9 June, in Las Vegas where it will launch the Proteus Activator Washing System.
Diversey president and CEO Ed Lonergan said: “The technology behind Proteus enables customers to substantially improve the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability profile of their operations.”
Gary Heiman, president and CEO of Standard Textile, added that by developing cleaning solutions using Proteus’ proprietary technologies, the joint venture company would let customers of both partners benefit from a deep understanding of textiles and cleaning processes.
