DLI extends mystery shopper service

Drycleaning & Laundry Institute has hired MarketWise Consulting Group to extend its mystery shopper service with personal visits to stores.

Mary Scalco, DLI's CEO said that customer service is the most important part of a drycleaner's business and that by including in-store visits in its mystery shopper programme, DLI could help members to have a better idea of how their businesses appeared to the people that paid for drycleaning services.

MarketWise Consulting specialises n providing mystery shopping services and Carolyn Nankervis, the group's president, said that the company had been working with drycleaners since 1997.
