DLI introduces its Seal of Approval

To qualify for this upgraded award, DLI members must meet stringent requirements for best practice in the drycleaning industry.

CEO Bill Fisher said that DLI aims to make the Seal of Approval an award that is recognised by households that want the highest standards of customer service.
