Duval invests in its success

"It has always been Duval's policy to invest in products, people, service and systems to ensure that our customers' dealings with us are as efficient and mutually profitable as possible," said Crane.

As an example, Mr Crane cites the size and central positioning of the company's stand at Clean UK, which he believes was the largest and, no doubt, the most visited stand at the show.

In recent months the company has invested in equipment and services at its Romsey headquarters and has upgraded its showroom, demonstration and training areas.

Duval continues to invest in people, recruiting in the key areas of service and customer support and ensuring that all staff are kept motivated by regular training.
