Duval supports Realstar

Realstar DCM, newly-formed UK distributor for Realstar drycleaning machines, has appointed Duval Service Care to provide technical support.

Duval technical director Andrew Gurd says his company won the contract in the face of fierce competition. He adds that Duval has the largest service team in the industry with more than 25 engineers on the road, plus substantial back-up staff.

Ian Hearle, general manager at Realstar DCM, says his company is committed to bringing customers the best of the Bassi’ Group’s engineering capabilities at the best price and with the best support. Establishing technical back up, therefore, has been a high priority. He had aimed to ensure that the company chosen could offer exemplary technical advice and service along with correct and sufficient spares holding.
