He will be based in the company's Swindon office and take responsibility for Ecolab's full range of wash products and dispensing equipment for commercial laundries and textile rental operations.
Mr Morrish says that although the company is best known for process control, monitoring and energy saving systems for large, tunnel washer-based operations, he is particularly keen to develop products for the smaller laundry as well.
He adds that the company is currently restructuring and will be recruiting additional staff in the UK.
