Phillip Kalli, joint managing director of Ideal Manufacturing received a highly commended award in the Director of the Year (Under 40) category at The Midlands Family Business Awards on Thursday 12 November 2015. Ideal was also selected as a finalist in the Employer of the Year category.
The awards, sponsored by the Wilson Organisation, showcase the achievements of family businesses and their leaders in the region. The winners were announced in front of 300 guests during a dinner at Leicester's Athena.
