East Kent Linen Services raised £150 for its local hospitals when it organised a fun quiz.
Operations manager John Duffy acted as quizmaster, posing such questions as "What is a yaffle?" (Answer at the foot of this story.) The event was supported by the Laundry Allied Traders.
John Duffy told LCN that the event was the start of a good cause fund, and he and his staff hope to be able to grow the fund and make a sizeable donation to the chosen good cause or causes.
