The sale and transfer of shares will be effective from 1 January 2010 and the agreement will include Böwe subsidiaries in Spain, China and the UK.
Frank Ziermann told LCNi that the Ziermann GmbH company had been a Böwe distributor for more than 30 years. He says that under the new ownership, worldwide distribution of Böwe Textile Cleaning's machines will continue as will all support, advisory and after-sales services, including the telephone hotline for spares.
In addition to handling Böwe equipment, Ziermann also handles other distributorships and is a leading supplier of refurbished drycleaning and commercial laundry equipment.
