Girbau sets up Santo Domingo subsidiary

20 January 2011

The group has been operating in the country for 18 years but has now decided to invest in establishing a subsidiary, using Girbau capital. The company's leading clients include hotel chains and the country's main hospital centres.

Group vice-president for sales, marketing and services, Toni Rubiés said: “The opening of a subsidiary in the Dominican Republic will help to provide a better, more direct and specialised service for the clients we have in the country.” He added that the subsidiary will bring Girbau closer to its clients and allow it to be more responsive to their requirements, building customer loyalty and assisting customers to grow and mature.

The Dominican Republic's subsidiary joins the other ten subsidiaries that the group has in different parts of the world.
