This year's Coast2Coast2 ride from 24 August to 3 September, is an entirely non-profit fundraiser with all proceeds divided equally between the Alzheimer's Society and the Barchester Healthcare Foundation.
The organisers aim to raise more than £60,000 over the course of the 42-stages. The ride covers 1,111 miles in 11 days. It starts in Truro, Cornwall, and finishes in Aberdeen in the north of Scotland.
Bill Wilson will be accompanied by colleague Chris Bamford and Dan Goddard of Meedhurst Project Management and visit a total of 41 Barchester care homes.
