As the manufacturer of the Union, Firbimatic and Realstar brands, FMB is the world's largest exporter of drycleaning machines, as well as the leading producer of machines running GreenEarth.
Under the new partnership, FMB says it will be able to satisfy the garment-care needs of Italy's fashion-forward and eco-conscious customers.
GreenEarth is now licensed in 19 countries and maintains more than 1,600 affiliates worldwide, about half of which are in the USA. “Despite the economy, we continue to see double-digit growth in the USA and internationally,” said GreenEarth president Tim Maxwell. “The vast majority of GreenEarth-licensed machines in operation around the world were manufactured by the FMB family, so it made perfect sense to us to partner with them for the Italian market.”
