The laundry opened on 29 March 2010. It currently has 22 customers within an 80km area and provides them with laundering and maintenance services for linen and for patients' and residents' clothing.
The laundry occupies a 4,400square metre site, employs around 70 staff and handles 16,000 kg/day.
The whole project was developed over several years and equipment suppliers included Jensen, Kannegiesser and Lapauw.
