This year's event takes “Surviving the Downturn” as its theme. The programme begins at 2.30pm on Wednesday with a presentation entitled “What 2010 has in store for linen services”.
The Thursday session will include Paul Gibson, SHLSLM national chairman on “Shifting the laundry paradigm”; Paul Sheehan, senior category specialist of OGC Buying Solutions on “The Framework Agreement 2010” and presentations by Jensen and Kannegiesser on fast track uniform processing.
A banquet takes place on Thursday evening.
Friday's conference session will include a presentation on microfibre mops at 9.30am and the conference ends at 11am.
