The 21st Hostech by Tusid international exhibition for the hospitality industry will take place from 12 - 16 March at the CNR Expo centre in Istanbul, Turkey.
The organiser says that it is expecting over 370 exhibitors to take part, including a significant number from outside the home market. Over 30,000 visitors are also expected.
The two yearly show is supported by Tusid, the Turkish association for manufacturers of commercial kitchen, laundry and catering equipment. The main focus is on food and tourism but Hostech now attracts a growing number of exhibitors from the textile, textile care and related sectors, including companies such as Electrolux, Fagor, Miele and Tolon.
Visitors range from hotel and restaurant managers to representatives of tourist organisations and of public and social institutions.
The 2012 event attracted 368 exhibitors, including 48 companies from outside the home market.
