The conference (21 and 22 March) examines developments in the Professional Textile Care (PTC) market. Speakers include IDC president Murray Simpson, Cinet's secretary general Peter Wennekes, Dieter Kampmann, managing director of Multimatic and Geert Bottger.
Topics include the Global PTC industry, innovations and technology, marketing challenges for the next five years, promoting businesses online and through social networks and an examination of a successful online project in Austria.
There will also be a series of company presentations.
