British chemicals manufacturer Ideal Manufacturing has expanded its technical service team with the appointment of Neil Butchart as technical sales engineer, reporting to John Hickman.
Butchart, who previously worked for Seitz, has an excellent record in customer service.
He is a fully qualified electrical engineer with over 10 years experience and has worked on a wide range of laundry dosing systems.
