For two of the four, David Burgess and Roger Jones, it's the second win in a row. Mr Burgess, territory sales manager in Belfast, gained the best sales person title, and Mr Jones, from Maidstone, was the best branch manager.
Graham Hunter from the Nottingham won the plant manager of the year title and Glenn Price from Stourport, gained the customer support manager award.
The four winners will be rewarded with a holiday in Singapore and Bali in March.
