JLA wins customer service award

The awards celebrate the impact that excellent customer service can make on consumers and business performance. Presentations took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Park Lane.

The companies competing in the awards included Vodafone, Barclays, Sainsbury's and Eurostar and JLA was pitched against Fujitsu Services, RBS Insurance and RM Education in the finals for the customer service award.
