Johnson Cleaners announces £1.2m service expansion

16 November 2011

Laundry and ironing, alterations and repairs, shoe repairs and key cutting already feature in several of the company’s stores across the UK and have proved to be popular with customers and ultimately increase sales and overall revenue, says managing director, Johnson Cleaners, Paul Ogle.

The services will be rolled out to 211 stores, with a plan to extend them to a further 100 locations in 2012.

Ogle adds that the nationwide rollout of specialist services represents an important investment for the business. It demonstrates Johnson Cleaners’ ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels of convenience for customers throughout its stores by having a range of services.

He explains that the investment will also lead to additional training for staff as well as the introduction of further equipment, ensuring that the stores maintain the brand’s reputation for excellent standards of customer service.
