The company's £6million programme to convert all 500 branches in England, Scotland and Wales to eco-friendly GreenEarth cleaning technology by 2012 is well underway.
Johnson Cleaners has also introduced several environmental initiatives in the last three years including a “Hand Back your Hangers” campaign to reduce plastic hanger use, its “Bag for Life” laundry carriers and a “Go Paper Free” campaign for Priority Club customers. In 2009 Johnson Cleaners reduced its carbon footprint by 17%.
