Kinson is based at Apparelmaster's head office in Bootle, Merseyside and is responsible for the training and development of staff at all levels, from production operatives to the sales/service and management teams.
He says "I am very pleased to be able to play a role on Skillfast-UK's Council as this means that I can get involved at a policy-forming level to influence training and support provision throughout the sector. " Our industry has not had the best image, and I firmly believe that it is only by professional and personal development of the people working in the sector at all levels that we can continue to recruit the calibre of staff that we need to remain successful." Skillfast-UK represents the interests of around 41,000 companies, which together contribute around £12.4 billion to the UK economy.
