Kannegiesser’s vision for the laundry industry

18 June 2014

Kannegiesser's private exhibition (14 - 20 May) showed how a combination of machine technology, logistics and process technology, accompanied by a smooth data flow could influence the future for industrial laundries.

The exhibition has grown steadily since its start in the 1950s and has now outgrown the company's premises at nearby Vlotho. Over 3,500 invited guests from 52 countries attended this year's event.

Managing director of sales & marketing Lars Blechschmidt said that attendance was slightly higher than for the previous event.
He also noted that a high percentage of guests stayed for two days to allow sufficient time to see the equipment at work and discuss the concept behind the machines and systems with Kannegiesser's design engineers.

A full report on this event appears in LCNi's July edition.
