The new code of practice marks the latest stage in the association's mission to promote best practice amongst its members and to assure customers of its commitment to professionalism. It has been developed by the NCCA and BSI British Standards, in association with a range of industry experts, and is set to become an industry standard publication for carpet cleaning technicians.
