The meeting was a special occasion as it was the last to be chaired by Brian Goodliffe who has been the convenor for the past 10 years but will step down from the post at the club's AGM on 22 February.
Following the meeting committee members hosted a “thank you” lunch for Brian Goodliffe.
Subject to approval at the AGM, Lee Cummins will take over as convenor and his role as club secretary will be filled by David Hart.
