The purpose of the survey was to seek readers' views on the content and design of our website, which was redesigned two years ago, and on the email newsletter, which is available to visitors to www.laundryandcleaningnews.com. We have received some very positive feedback and visitors can expect changes in website content. We are also looking at increasing newsletter frequency.
