Make a date for Scottish drycleaning conference

Updates on solvent legislation, waterless cleaning technology, Trading Standards and suede and leather cleaning will be among the topical talks that make this a must for drycleaners. Registration is free of charge for both members and non-members.

Speakers include Richard Neale, of Drycleaning Technology Centre, Norman Donnelly and Liz Dundas from SEPA and Bill Westwater of Xeros, the company developing “waterless” cleaning.

Paul Haden, Scottish chairman TSA and Murray Simpson CEO TSA and Brian Antobus will discuss the work of the two host organisations, and Archie Kerr Scottish Guild chairman will open the event, which will be chaired by Ian Simpson.

An exhibition will complement the conference.
