After reviewing its portfolio, the Midland Heart, a leading UK housing, care and support business, has chosen Miele Professional to equip the association's commercial, communal laundries established over its many sites.
The business provides 33,000 high quality affordable homes to over 70,000 customers, making it the largest housing association in the Midlands.
Its laundry facilities are found in many different accommodation, care and support settings, including hostels, and retirement housing. The laundries had been established over a period of time and the company had acquired over 70 commercial washers and driers spread over many sites, from many different manufacturers.
A review of its laundry services was carried out in partnership with leasing and repair contractors, Multibrand Services, a Miele Professional dealer.
Multibrand worked with Miele to organise a complicated process of site inspections, removal of old machines, installations of new machines, verification and invoice management to complete the project while ensuring that customers didn't have to go without laundry.
Midland Heart now has consistent stock across its sites, including the Miele PT7136 dryer, Miele PW6065 washer-extractor and Miele PW6065 pump.
