Mulberrys Garment Care has launched an on-demand drycleaning and laundry service to its customers in Minneapolis, Minnesota through the Mulberrys Dry Cleaning mobile app.
Customers need to download the free Mulberrys Dry Cleaning mobile app, which is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, to request a garment pick up. If the pick-up is scheduled to take place within one hour, Mulberrys charges a fee of $2.99; all other pick-ups are free and typically take place within a four-hour window. Clean and pressed items will be returned the next day. The on-demand service is an enhancement to its popular mobile app, which already provides Mulberrys customers with real-time access to their drycleaning account, allowing customers to receive alerts when their order is ready for pickup, monitor and track their account information and order history, pay their bills, and receive in-store promotions and coupons.
The on-demand service, available only to residents within the city of Minneapolis, complements Mulberrys existing pick-up and delivery service, which is available to customers within range of one of its six Twin Cities locations.
Mulberrys is also pursuing an expansion opportunity in the Sherman Oaks district of Los Angeles, Mulberrys' first store outside of Minnesota.
