The certification covers all textile relevant substances classed as of “very high concern” by the European Chemicals Agency, including the eight chemicals added at the end of last year under REACh legislation.
OEKO-TEX certification also confirms that the products comply with Annex SVll of REACh regulations on restricted substances, such as azo dyes and nickel.
