Oliver Harvey chefswear reports steady sales increase

7 July 2011

Described as a “quintessentially British” brand, the Oliver Harvey collection has been developed to appeal to young, aspiring chefs, who want the best in style, comfort and durability.

Director Ian Mitchell explains: “Oliver Harvey was born out a desire to replicate the standards of the top level chefswear brands worn by Michelin-starred chefs and a belief that this could be done for a price that makes this kind of product more accessible.”

The range currently consists of five jackets, available in long and short sleeve styles, two styles of trousers and bib and waist aprons. All the garments can be commercially laundered and the fabrics used range from a 50/50 polycotton Cooltex fabric to a long-staple Egyptian cotton for an executive style.
