AmeriCleaners was founded in August 2000 and claims to be the first online cleaning service to operate throughout the states. It was started by Mike Ghazvini, Peyman Rafii and Sherry Huffman, the trio behind SiliconeValleyCleaners.com, founded in 1999.
The service offers its customers the convenience of drycleaning and laundry delivery and pick-up at home or office and allows orders to be placed directly online. It serves major metropolitan and suburban areas and hopes to expand the network to approximately 250 drycleaners by the end of this year.
