PHS intends to invest in Warner Howard’s core services in industrial laundry equipment, hygiene and compacting and recycling equipment.
The acquisition will also give Warner Howard’s customers access to the broader range of workplace services offered by PHS, effectively providing them with a ‘one stop shop’.
Peter Cohen, chief executive of the PHS Group said: “Warner Howard’s service range complements our own well, and will serve to strengthen our core business areas, while adding valuable new ones.”
Warner Howard has exclusive UK distribution rights for the World Dryer, which will now pass to PHS.
Stewart Cantley, chief executive of Warner Howard said: “Ours is a business to business service company focussing on niche markets, so the fit with PHS is very good.”
